- The standard CD specifications also apply to advertisements
- Headlines and sublines are placed freely in the image in capitals and marked by a highlighter in the respective target group color
- The color band is often used as a text area
- The target group colors as well as light grey (CMYK 0/0/0/10) and dark grey (CMYK 0/0/080) are available as colors for the text areas
- For ads with a lot of text, a color area can be used in addition to the logo module

- Display with logo module and separate color area
- The width is aligned with the column grid
- The number of columns and width of the color area are not predefined and can be adjusted depending on the image format and text size
Print ad Format 223 x 154 mm

- Display with color ribbon
- Here the logo module is extended to the height of the format
- Column division is not required
Print display format 160 x 600 px

- Calculation of logo size and page margin according to CD
- Logo size and type area almost match, but the special feature of the format allows the logo to be adapted to the width of the type area
- Instead of a column division, the type area is divided into horizontal sections
- The division of the image and color areas is based on the horizontal sections
