General Terms and Conditions of Purchase of the Wacker Neuson Group
Scope of application: Applies to the global purchasing of all Wacker Neuson Group companies, unless variation 1 or 2 shall apply.
Variation 1: General Terms and Conditions of Purchase – Site Americas
Scope of application: Applies to the global purchasing of all Wacker Neuson Group companies domiciled in the Americas region (entirety of North and South America).
Variation 2: General Terms and Conditions of Purchase – Site People´s Republic of China
Scope of application: Applies to domestic purchasing within the People's Republic of China for all Wacker Neuson Group companies domiciled in the People's Republic of China.
