The key lies in our corporate culture, which is characterized by our corporate values of competence, enthusiasm, entrepreneurship and agility. The corporate value of entrepreneurship also includes a commitment to integrity and honesty as well as to consistent adherence to legal and regulatory requirements (compliance). We demand this from our employees as well as from our business partners.

Not only the reliability and high standard of our products and services, but also the integrity of our overall actions confirm the trust placed in us by our customers, business partners and investors. Violations of laws, rules or our values result in appropriate measures and sanctions.

Our corporate values are the guiding principle for our legally and ethically correct conduct in business. We have the expectation of each and every employee that our values will be implemented responsibly and that together we will thus create the basis for a successful economic and personal future.

Our goal is to efficiently use the global economic challenges as an opportunity in a value-oriented manner and to jointly consolidate and further expand our successful market position.
