Success on the green line – Kramer at Agritechnica

From 8–14 November 2015, Kramer-Werke GmbH presented at the Agricultural Technology Trade Fair in Hanover. A high strength of innovation combined with safety in many facets and a modern functional design — and everything is “Made in Germany”. These were the impressions that the professional trade fair audience could take away from the Kramer booth. The southern German construction and agricultural machine manufacture looks back on a successful Agritechnica week.

The trade fair stand was nearly 300 square meters where Kramer, with six exhibition machines, showed a cross-section of the green line designed for the agrarian economy, consisting of wheel loaders, tele wheeled loaders and telehandlers. These include three new developments, which were presented for the first time to the public in Hanover: the compact telehandler Kramer KT276, the tele wheeled loader Kramer KL25.5T and a brand new Kramer e-loader.

Thanks to its zero emission technology, it was possible to show the latter in action during a demo show directly in the trade fair industrial building. The first all-wheel drive wheel loader with a fully electric drive system attracted a great deal of attention. Many trade fair visitors saw it as the right machine for their application areas, as it combines electro-mobility with the manoeuvrability, stability and constant payload of a Kramer wheel loader. With its powerful work hydraulics, the new e-loader from Kramer is thus, for example, ideal for application in operations with stables, horse farms, zoos or for municipal applications.

Agritechnica is considered the leading trade fair for agricultural technology and agriculture. This year, the impressive number of around 450,000 national and international trade fair visitors was recorded. The modern and open-plan stand of Kramer, with a wall in Kramer green and huge product images in the background, was extremely well-attended during the trade fair. “We were able to have many interesting discussions with farmers and convince them of our machines; we were also able to take away practical suggestions,” summarises Roland Herrmann, head of the agriculture sales division at Kramer. “Overall, Agritechnica 2015 was a very successful trade fair for Kramer.”

The Kramer personnel also took Agritechnica as an opportunity to present the company as an attractive employer in the “Campus & Career” trade fair area. They provided information at a booth in pavilion 35 to interested young professionals and skilled personnel about the training and career opportunities with the manufacturer of compact construction and agricultural machines.
