Well-trained employees whose knowledge is always up to date are important for the success of our Group. That's why we support all our employees who complete part-time courses of study or further training, both financially and organizationally, for example by allowing flexible working hours.

The Wacker Neuson Group Academy

At the Wacker Neuson Group Academy, we offer a comprehensive range of in-house training courses - from office applications and project management to extensive technical training and courses focusing on sales and service-related aspects. The academy is based in Reichertshofen (near Ingolstadt), where modern, well-equipped training rooms, a large auditorium and a 1,000-square-meter demonstration hall are available for theory and practice. There are further training centers in the USA and China.

Chance for career changers

With our "Technical Entry Program" we offer the opportunity for a lateral entry into construction machinery technology. Participants in this program are people who have completed their technical training, are looking for new challenges and are interested in construction machinery technology. The lateral entrants receive intensive theoretical and practical training at our company within one year and thus qualify for our sales and service subsidiaries.

Internal promotion

We reward personal initiative, further training and performance with correspondingly challenging and interesting tasks. When filling new management positions, we give preference to our own employees. Many of our managers started with us as young professionals and are now able to contribute to the success of the company in a responsible position on the basis of their extensive and long-standing experience.
